Shipping FAQ

  • Will it really take over a month to get my stuff?

    Currently all our products give an estimate that includes a 5 week lead time on shipping. This means it could be up to 5 weeks before you get a tracking number. We don't actually expect it to take as long as this for us to get things ready. (we would rather surprise you with an early delivery than disappoint you and be late.)


  • Do you ship to my country?

    We don't currently have shipping every country enabled, if you notice you're unable to place an order to your country reach out to us via the contact form or live-chat and we may be able to find a solution for you.. NOTE: individual countries may impose restrictions, import tariffs and/or sales taxes on products entering their country. We do not have control over this.
